Series PVV Open Loop Axial Piston Pumps

The PVV pumps are high horsepower, open loop, axial piston pumps for high performance applications. The durable PVV Pump Line features their exclusive "hard-on-hard" rotating group and their time proven hydrodynamic bearings designed using composite materials.
"Hard-on-hard" is a hardened surface running on a hardened surface. All specially designed internal running surfaces; piston shoes, cylinders and port plate surfaces, are hardened to Rockwell "C" of 60 to 70. This provides for greater resistance to and the ability to run in highly contaminated fluids.
 
The composite material hydrodynamic bearings can withstand higher temperatures, provide infinite bearing life and allow the pump to run with special fluids.
Lubricated saddle bearings reduce pump hysteresis and provide high performance in high cycle applications.
 
Constant suction and pressure port locations allows for easy installation regardless of pump rotation. It is an adaptable bi-directional pump that can rotate in either direction by simply changing the port plate. Dual pump drains allow flexibility in the mounting position of the pump.

Flow rate at 1800 rpm, rated continuous pressure and 14.7 psi inlet conditions ranges from 58 to 155 gpm.
