Spin-On Filters

bullet MPS Series filter is suitable for use on suction and return lines. With SPIN-ON canisters MPS filters are easy to maintain. The filter elements are composed of resin-treated paper (Βx>2) microfibre (Βx>=75) or square wire mesh effective in controlling contamination in hydraulic and lubrication circuits of machine tools, agricultural machinery, earth-moving equipment, and general industrial and mobile applications. Ingeniously designed for the European CS and American CSG standard canister series, there is no need to change heads on the MPS series to accommodate either element. MPG Series are the same as the MPS Series except the head (sizes 100-200) is cast in cast iron for specific applications in fire-proof environments, mines, or wherever aluminum cannot be used (receive elements CS series only). Head is cast from aluminum. Cover formed from aluminum. Buna-N seals are standard; Viton seals are optional. Bypass valves are optional and made of plastic. Series CSG Filter Element Cartridge comes as inorganic microfibre filters ranging from 3 to 25 micron; as resin-impregnated paper filters ranging from 10 to 25 micron and as square wire mesh from 60 to 90 microns. MPS/MPG 050/070/100/150 require a single spin-on canister. MPG 200 and MPS 250/300/301/350/351 require two spin-on canisters. CSGW Filter canisters removes water from oil and filters the oil at the same time. Polymers, water-absorbent up to 800 times their own weight, provide this major feature. CSGW 050 canisters can hold up to 240 ml of water. CSGW 100 canisters can hold up to 437 ml of water. CSGW 150 canisters can hold up to 788 ml of water.
