Medium-High Pressure Filters

bullet LMP Series filters are designed for mounting on low pressure lines (up to 500 PSI) or on external return lines. Available in 4 sizes and different bowl lengths and port options, for nominal flow rates up to 260 GPM. These filters are particularly suitable for industrial applications (i.e., presses for steel or for plastics, iron making plants, paper mills, lubrication systems, compressors, turbines, etc.) but they are also used on mobile machines (excavators, cranes, etc.). Manufacturing with advanced materials and technologies gives highest efficiency to the filter elements, performing at the highest ISO standards. Head is cast from aluminum. Cover formed from anodized aluminum. Bowl is formed of aluminum except for LMP 450/2 - LMP 850 which is steel. Buna-N seals are standard; Viton seals are optional. Bypass valves are optional and made of steel. Series CU Filter Element Cartridge comes as inorganic microfibre filters ranging from 3 to 25 micron; as resin-impregnated paper filters ranging from 10 to 25 micron and as square wire mesh from 10 to 250 microns.

      Max. Working Pressure: 500 PSI
Flow Rate: 10 to 260 GPM
Filter Material: Inorganic Microfibre, Resin-Treated Paper or Wire Mesh
Type of Indicator: None, Visual or Electrical
      Mounting: In-Line
Port Option: BSP, NPT or SAE Flange
      Collapse Pressure: 150 PSI
      Bypass Diff. Pressure: 45 PSI +/- 10%
      Working Temperature: -13°F to +230°F

bullet FMP Series filters are designed with a high-quality aluminum body and will accommodate filter elements of different lengths. Their in-line connections make them easy to install and simplify the design of the machine. The basic model, used with filter elements of resin-impregnated paper, is the economical solution for traditional hydraulic systems. The no-bypass model, with clogging indicator, microfibre elements (Βx>=75), and differential collapse pressure of 300 PSI, ensures contamination classes suitable for: -SERVO-CONTROLLED PILOT CIRCUITS, -PROPORTIONAL CONTROL VALVES, -HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION, -MACHINE TOOL APPLICATIONS. FMP series filters are designed for working pressures of 1600 PSI and are available with 1/2" connections. Head cast from aluminum. Bowl is formed of aluminum. Buna-N seals are standard; Viton seals are optional. Bypass valves are optional and made of brass. Series HP037 Filter Element Cartridge comes as inorganic microfibre filters ranging from 3 to 25 micron; as resin-impregnated paper filters ranging from 10 to 25 micron and as square wire mesh from 10 to 60 microns.

      Max. Working Pressure: 1600 PSI
Flow Rate: 5 to 20 GPM
Filter Material: Inorganic Microfibre, Resin-Treated Paper or Wire Mesh
Type of Indicator: None, Visual or Electrical
      Mounting: Pressure Line
Port Option: BSP, NPT or SAE
      Collapse Pressure: 300 PSI
      Bypass Diff. Pressure: 90 PSI +/- 10%
      Working Temperature: -13°F to +230°F

bullet FHP Series filters, designed for pressure lines, are the result of years of experience and research by MP Products. They are built to the highest specifications to meet the sophisticated filtration requirements of modern hydraulic components. The filter elements are composed of inorganic fibers with outstanding efficiency ratios, high dirt holding capacity and low pressure drop. Cast iron heads produced by the meehanite process, and cold-extruded steel containers guarantee the strength and mechanical resistance of FHP filters, which can work at operating pressures of up to 6000 PSI. The modular design means that the basic model can be easily adapted for different applications and make these filters particularly cost-effective. Buna-N seals are standard; Viton seals are optional. Bypass valves are optional and made of brass. Series HP Filter Element Cartridge comes as inorganic microfibre filters ranging from 3 to 25 micron; as resin-impregnated paper filters ranging from 10 to 25 micron; as square wire mesh from 10 to 60 microns; and as high porosity triangular stainless steel mesh from 10 to 25 microns.
