The HYDAC "L" Series Modular Stacking Valve System offers a multitude of control modules that are stacked in series and fixed with two tie rods to form an integrated manifold. The manifolds may then be mounted as stand-alone packages, or as "on-board" controls for HYDAC "CA" or "HP" power units. There are three general types of modules which are used in building a manifold: Base Modules, Control Modules, and End Modules. The base module can be piped with SAE O-ring ports for remote mounting or flange-mounted to a HYDAC power unit. Control modules include a wide selection of both pressure and solenoid control valves. The end modules cap the assembly and can include other hydraulic accessory components such as pressure switches and accumulators. Features, such as 100% continuous-duty coils and leak-free solenoid and check valves, make the "L" Series ideal for extended clamping and load holding applications. |

| Module Type RL is an inline base module with no pressure controls. The unit has SAE threaded O-ring ports for the pressure and tank ports. | Module Type L is a base module that mounts to HYSAC "CA" and "HP" Series power units. The module includes a main pressure relief valve and check valve. In addition, threaded auxiliary P and T ports are supplied. The check valve may be omitted. Three levels of relief valve pressure ranges may be selected: up to 2900 psi, up to 5000 psi, and up to 9000 psi. If no range is specified, the valve will not be set. Ports T and P are SAE-6.
