Modular F-R-L Units and Components

Modular FRL features and benefits:
  • Push-button manual drain is standard on all filter and lubricator bowls for fast and easy removal of contaminants (an automatic drain is also available).
  • A 1/8" port size model is available for small jobs while the 3/4" and 1" port size models in PT, BSP and NPT are available for the big jobs.
  • Uniquely designed spacers make for simple component removal and easy construction of non-standard units.
  • Modular options can be added for placement within the FRL unit to have all of your airline needs in one unit. These modular options include: pressure switch, and T-type spacer.
  • Mist separators and micro-mist separators are available so a complete airline system can be achieved in one modular unit.

Series MACT Modular Type Filter + Regulator + Lubricator Combinations

These 5 combinations are available as part of the Mindman combinations of filters, regulators, lubricators, and filter/regulators. Port sizes range from 1/4" to 1" in PT, BSP and NPT threads. Pressure regulation range is 1 to 8.5kgf/cmē. Filtration is 5 micron for 1/4" and 3/8" sizes and 40 micron for sizes above 3/8". Model MACT300L is available in a nylon case suitable for crucial environments. A longer case for incorporating a high efficiency auto drain valve is available. Model MACT401 is available with a pressure regulation range of 1.0 to 15kgf/cmē. Optional attachments and accessories are pressure gauge, pressure switch, external pressure gauge, auto drain valve, and T brackets. (Not all options available on every model.)
