Flo-Matix Company designs and builds pneumatic valve panels to customers' needs. Customers specify limiting dimensions, pressure needed, and any special requirements, like valves, surge needs, filtration, etc. Flo-Matix uses these specification to determine the layout of the panel. Pneumatic Valve Panel This control panel consists of a single SMC 16-station VQ manifold with a DeviceNET scanner module, and a SMC KDM bulkhead manifold with built-in check valves for quick disconnect.

Pneumatic Valve Panel This system controls numerous actuators involved in the manufacture of silicon wafers. It uses SMC VQ and VX valve manifolds, as well as a SMC NZFA suction filter manifold. This panel was built as a retrofit to an existing manufacturer's controller.
