Its tough work, but you know that if it’s hard to do, then it’s going to pay off! That’s the kind of person we are looking for.
 
Flo-Products Company is seeking an Outside Sales Professional with the drive to achieve company objectives by successfully executing sales strategies, initiating contact with existing and potential customers, identifying their needs and selling appropriate products to meet those needs. Strong sales skills along with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment will be critical to success.
  • Manage assigned accounts and territory
  • Identify prospective accounts
  • Increase sales in these respective accounts
Flo-Products is a distributor for premium products in the Fluid Power, Electronic, and Robotic fields as well as a manufacture of quality, integrated systems and machines. With this mix, Flo-Products strives for peerless customer service.
Flo-Products is a well-established company, with an ESOP oriented work environment, a competitive compensation structure with initial monthly sales expenses covered, leading to full uncapped commission with draw. Benefit package includes ESOP, 401k opportunities, paid vacations and medical/dental/life insurance offerings.
 
Requirements:
* Proven Industrial outside sales success would be preferred.
 
* Experience in both cultivating new accounts and maintaining strong client relations with a positive attitude and a consultative approach to territory management is a must.
 
* Fluid Power knowledge preferred.
 
* Demonstrate very strong organizational skills, which are key to balancing multiple priorities, objectives and customer obligations.
 
* Time management and computer skills critical to success.
 
* Self-starter.
 
* Must have reliable vehicle. Limited overnight travel.
